Click the Check Ticket Status link shown below



  1. If you have an account on the portal you may go ahead and login. 
  2. If not you can click on the button SIGN UP WITH US to create a support portal account. (you may also use your Facebook account as a login)



Once signed in you'll see all of your open & closed tickets.


 

Please note that an account is not necessary to submit tickets to the helpdesk. An account will, however, allow you to check on the status of current open tickets & see your ticket history.
