Before you can use the TSC Bluetooth printer, you will need to follow the setup steps below. *Make sure to enable Bluetooth on the Honeywell Device

Printer Setup

Press and hold in the Power Button until you see red Error light (takes 5 seconds). Once the printer is powered on, you'll see a green Power light.  *Note: Whenever you tear tags, you may need to press the Feed Button once before doing so. Make sure your most recent tag is above the tear line and pull it to the right. You can also hold the bottom portion and tear at the seam. Do not yank on it, as you make break the printer.

On the right side of the printer is the Power Port Lid and Paper Roll Lid. To open the Power Port Lid, pull the rubber tab down. The Power Port will be located on the right side. Plug in your Power Cable to charge the printer. Your Printer will show battery percentage on the front bottom right corner.
To open the Paper Roll Lid, press the lever down.

Make sure the black levers are pushed forward touching the green tabs. If they are pushed backward, it will prevent you from pulling the green tabs to load paper. Using both hands, pull the green tabs apart and load your new roll of tag paper making sure the paper feeds down (As Shown in the Diagram Below). Pull enough paper through and close the lid. Make sure it feeds properly - You will hear a sound.
You are now ready to print.
